The article is devoted to measures improving the energy efficiency of technological process applying wear-resistant multifunctional composite protective coatings by method electroacoustic spraying. proposed technique for increasing based on use methods optimal planning an experiment using non-orthogonal matrices and obtained interpolation-regression equations output main parameters quality processed products, micro-hardness roughness, which were tested adequacy criterion. optimization criterion minimizing reduced costs, determination modes electro-acoustic spraying according specified required surface layer mechanical engineering roughness.
